Spending Cash With Carl was one of four beautiful nail polishes I got for my birthday from my dear friend Zabica. Thank you very much, sweetheart!
The polish is a stunning electric blue color. I don’t have anything like it in my collection of nail polishes. All my other electric blue polishes are lighter and not as deep in color as this one is. Love it!
