 Yes, another Trend Edition by Essence. This time it’s called Denim Wanted! There are some very interesting products in the collection. Unfortunately I couldn’t get everything I wanted (yet). Today I’ll show you, what I got until now. I got both of the gel eyeliners: Vintage Style and Fivepocket Grey. Vintage Style is  for work… FOTD, EYES FOTD, EYES FOTD, EYES – flash I used: - ArtDeco eye shadow base - MAC Shadestick in black - The She Space mineral e/s – olive green for all over the lid - Sweetscents – Egyptian sands for upper lid and a little bit in crease - Alverde baked e/s in Silky grey for crease -  The set comes with a gel liner, eyeshadow and an applicator (sponge, brush). The packaging is OK. Not fancy but useful, robust and quite easy to handle. The eyeshadow is well pigmented, which I like very much. It’s soft, maybe at times to soft. The gel liner isn’t pigmented enough for me. It’s good to use it as a base, but not quite pigmented enough to use it as a liner. I can’t write anything about the applicator because I don’t use such  I bought some new stuff from Essence and Alverde today. I don’t have much time to blog and since I haven’t actually tried any of my new stuff this won’t be a real review, but I have some quick swatches for you and some of my first and quick thoughts of the products. Here’s what I  Costal Scents recently expanded their line of gel liner. On of the shades added was Exotic.
I was pleasantly surprised that they added the name of the liner at the bottom of the jar. I have few of the old liner that look similar from the outside, so I have to open them up |
