Remember the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/en\/2011\/01\/china-glaze-cloud-nine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">China Glaze: Cloud Nine<\/a> polish I shoved you a while ago?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nailcrazy69.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Nail crazy<\/strong><\/a> suggested I use white polish as a base and then layer Cloud Nine over it. Interesting tip.<br \/>\nI used one layer of each polish. And blue glitter is suddenly visible.<br \/>\nYou have to admit that it looks better &#8211; a lot better.
