Odgovoren je za ogromno procesov v na\u0161em telesu, a v javnosti ostaja zanemarjen \u2026 in to kljub temu, da nas ima kar nekaj pomanjkanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sama sem se z magnezijem na mojo sramoto sre\u010dala \u0161ele pred nekaj ve\u010d kot \u0161estimi leti. Takoj po diagnozi avtoimunega \u0161\u010ditni\u010dnega obolenja, so mi \u0161\u010ditni\u010darke zabi\u010dale, da je potrebno dodajati magnezij.<br>Lahko si predstavljate smeh, ko sem jih naivno vpra\u0161ala ali bo pol litre Donata na dan dovolj. \u0160e danes poslu\u0161am \u0161ale na svoj ra\u010dun. :D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magnezij zagotovo lahko pridobimo iz <strong>hrane<\/strong>. Z njim so bogata predvsem semena (bu\u010dna, son\u010dni\u010dna), kozice, ara\u0161idi, ri\u017e (seveda ne beli, i\u0161\u010dite divji ri\u017e), polnozrnati kosmi\u010di\/kruh\/testenine \u2026 tudi temna \u010dokolada. :D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u017ealost \u017eivimo v svetu, kjer je <strong>prst \u017ee iz\u010drpana z minerali<\/strong> in vedno manj magnezija dobimo po tej poti. Zagotovo pa ne pomaga dejstvo, da je na na\u0161ih kro\u017enikih vedno ve\u010d predelane hrane, sladkorja in vedno manj lokalne zelenjave ter polnozrnatih \u017eitaric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko si za\u010dne\u0161 meriti <strong>koncentracije magnezija v krvi<\/strong>, si \u0161e misli\u0161, da ni tako slabo. Potem pa napreduje\u0161 na merjenje koncentracije <strong>v eritrocitih<\/strong> (Adrialab 32 EUR, Biolab 36 EUR) in se samo dr\u017ei\u0161 za glavo. <br>Pri nas nekako vlada prepri\u010danje, da zdravim ne primanjkuje magnezija. Moja okolica vam bo gladko povedala, da je po\u010dutje veliko bolj\u0161e odkar dodajajo magnezij. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razlogi za dodajanje magnezija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>aktivno \u0161portno udejstvovanje<\/li><li>obolenja, ki zahtevajo ve\u010d magnezija (sladkorna, Hashimotov tiroiditis)<\/li><li>jemanje za Mg problemati\u010dnih zdravil (kortikosteroidi, diuretiki, tudi oralna kontracepcija sodi sem)<\/li><li>hud vsakodnevni stres<\/li><li>nose\u010dnost<\/li><li>u\u017eivanje alkohola<\/li><li>enoli\u010dna prehrana<\/li><li>obsedenost s sladkorjem<\/li><li>previsoka telesna te\u017ea<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptomi pomanjkanja magnezija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni simptom pomanjkanja magnezija so zagotovo <strong>mi\u0161i\u010dni kr\u010di<\/strong>. Predvsem varianta, ko te sredi no\u010di zbudi peklenski kr\u010d v me\u010dih in ne ve\u0161 ali bi jokal ali preklinjal.<br>Pri meni je bilo najhuje v nose\u010dnosti, ko sem sicer dodajala magnezij, a premalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri \u017eenskah so eden izmed znakov <strong>menstrualni kr\u010di<\/strong>. Moji so bili tako hudi, da sem padala skupaj in ve\u010dino rodne dobe prvi dan prele\u017eala, \u010de se je le dalo. Na same menstrualne bole\u010dine je imel vitamin D ve\u010dji vpliv (ve\u010d sem pisala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/sl\/2021\/08\/vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tukaj<\/a>), na mo\u010d toka pa je vplivalo predvsem \u017eelezo. A ne podcenjujem hudega vpliva Mg na zmanj\u0161anje kr\u010dev na minimum. Srce v\u010dasih kot, da bi presko\u010dilo utrip, spet drugi\u010d pa prav vibrira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi na <strong>mentalnem podro\u010dju<\/strong> se pomanjkanje magnezija lahko pozna. Lahko pripomore k pani\u010dnim napadom, depresijam, apati\u010dnosti \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RASTNE bole\u010dine in dodajanje magnezija pri otrocih<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko je h\u010derkica za\u010dela pono\u010di jokati, da jo bolijo nogice, sem si mislila, da gre za rastne bole\u010dine. S tem, da so spreji malo bolj priljubljeni. \u010ce kupujete za va\u0161e mo\u0161ke, to obliko najbolj priporo\u010dam. Celo nasprotno, lahko povi\u0161a vrednosti kalcija, kar si res ne \u017eelimo.
