Glede na to, da \u017eelezo potrebujemo za prena\u0161anje kisika po krvi in kisik za delovanje celotnega telesa, ni niti najmanj zabavno trpeti pomanjkanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsi, ki ste \u017ee izkusili nadome\u0161\u010danje \u017eeleza, veste, da je to ena izmed najhuj\u0161ih mo\u017enih stvari za nadome\u0161\u010dati. Ali bruha\u0161 od ogabnih sirupov, si zaprt do amena ali pa vse kolikor toliko \u0161tima, a gredo vrednosti s pol\u017ejim tempom gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne glede na to kako te\u017eavno je bilo uvajanje vitamina D, K2, magnezija \u2026 je nadome\u0161\u010danje \u017eeleza dale\u010d <strong>najbolj travmati\u010dno dodajanje<\/strong> in sem potrebovala skoraj eno leto, da sem se usedla za ra\u010dunalnik in opisala kaj je delovalo pri meni, kaj vse sem se nau\u010dila iz literature ter katere ase imam \u0161e v rokavu, \u010de se \u0161e kdaj ponovi katastrofa kot po porodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptomi pomanjkanja \u017eeleza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker sem tolikokrat na spodnji meji, tistih za\u010detnih znakov skoraj da ve\u010d ne registriram \u2013 je pa <strong>mi\u0161i\u010dna utrujenost<\/strong> zagotovo eden prvih.<br>Ko za\u010dnejo trepalnice masovno izpadati, vem, da sem samo en korak pred <strong>izpadanjem las<\/strong>. Seveda mo\u010dna menstruacija \u0161e zni\u017ea vrednosti \u017eeleza v krvi in sem hitro v \u0161e huj\u0161i situaciji.<br>Na same kr\u010de in bole\u010dine normalno \u017eelezo pri meni nima zaznavnega efekta. \u010ce vas mu\u010dita ti dve nadlogi, toplo priporo\u010dam posta o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/sl\/2021\/08\/vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitaminu D<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/sl\/2021\/12\/magnezij\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">magneziju<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nose\u010dnost <\/strong>je eden izmed najbolj znanih obdobij, ko \u017eenskam primanjkuje \u017eeleza. Prakti\u010dno vse prijateljice so imele super rezultate s Tardyfer\/Tardyferon tableti na recept, tako da je bila ve\u010dja prepreka, da kljub izrazitemu pomanjkanju dosti ginekologov ni \u017eelelo predpisati \u017eeleza. Povpra\u0161ajte za nasvet tudi osebnega zdravnika, na lastno pest si pa jaz v tem obdobju ne bi upala delati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osebno sem bila ravno obraten primer. Ker nisem imela ne menstruacij ne krvavitev med nose\u010dnostjo, je bilo to edino dalj\u0161e obdobje v mojem \u017eivljenju, ko sem imela optimalne vrednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A so se stvari zakomplicirale \u017ee med porodom, ko sem<strong> izgubila veliko krvi<\/strong> ter zelo dolgo trpela posledice izredno nizkega \u017eeleza, ki ga nih\u010de ni \u017eelel zdraviti.<br>Z dana\u0161njim znanjem, bi samo \u0161la na samopla\u010dni\u0161ko infuzijo \u017eeleza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/antiageanasan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">k Ani<\/a> in si prihranila obupne mesece. Velja tudi za situacije, ko vna\u0161amo \u017eelezo s hrano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absorpcijo poslab\u0161ujejo tudi: kava, pravi \u010daj, kalcijevi dodatki &#8230; Tako da kake kave z mlekom po kosilu ravno ne priporo\u010dam. :D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravno obratno pa lahko <strong>pove\u010damo absorpcijo \u017eeleza<\/strong>, \u010de ga vzamemo skupaj z <strong>vitaminom C<\/strong>. Rada bi vam rekla, da meni osebno zadostuje pomaran\u010dni sok&amp;co, a bi vam lagala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sama z \u017eelezom jemljem vitamin C v obliki prehranskih dopolnil:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; teko\u010di liposomski vitamin C, \u010de je situacija kriti\u010dna<br>&#8211; liposomski vitamin C v kapsuli, \u010de je srednja \u017ealost<br>&#8211; navadnega, ko gre za manj\u0161a pomanjkanja ter, ko nadome\u0161\u010dam med menstruacijo (te\u017eava je, ker znajo biti ti te\u017eki za \u017eelodec in \u010de kombinirate s \u017eelezovimi tableti, je kombinacija ubijalska)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u010dasih pomembno vlogo igrata pri anemiji tudi <strong>pomanjkanje B12 in folata<\/strong>, tako da je za razmisliti o testiranju vrednosti omenjenih B vitaminov v krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce so v igri prehranske alergije in intolerance, toplo priporo\u010dam, da jih po hitrem postopku zajezite. Osebno sem \u0161la v nakup<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3My4XLO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> InstantPota<\/a> samo zato, da lahko hitro naredim prave kostne juhe, ki so moji dru\u017eini zlata vredne. <br>Enako velja za probiotike (trenutni so <a href=\"https:\/\/sitis.si\/izdelek\/better-biotics-extra-strong\/?ref=10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BetterBiotics Extra Strong<\/a>), ki mi jih ni potrebno ve\u010d jemati na redni bazi, a \u0161e vedno delam kure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ne \u017eelite, da vam mo\u017egani zarjavijo (strokovna javnost, ne me raztrgati za posplo\u0161evanje, a je treba poudariti, da ni fino kar tako malo \u010dez palec dodajati vi\u0161jih koncentracij \u017eeleza. :D ).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimalne vrednosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017de desetletje nazaj je nekaj mojih prijateljic imelo \u00bbdobre\u00ab vrednosti hemoglobina, ko so se poglobile, pa nobena druga vrednost ni \u0161timala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako da sem \u0161la odprtih o\u010di v raziskovanje kaj vse je potrebno preveriti za celotno sliko, a je dr. Ana to prepri\u010danje zabetonirala in se trudim vsaj 1x letno preveriti vse parametre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; hemoglobin<br>&#8211; \u017eelezo<br>&#8211; feritin<br>&#8211; transferin<br>&#8211; TBIC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spodnji prag pri hemoglobinu je za \u017eenske (120g\/L) ni\u017eji od mo\u0161kega (130g\/L). Naj bi obstajala fiziolo\u0161ka razlaga zakaj je temu tako, a osebno te\u017eko razumem razlikovanje.<br><strong>130g\/L je moj minimum<\/strong>, pri 120 pa \u017ee resno vozim na hlape in so motnje v sr\u010dnem ritmu zelo izrazite. In po primerjanju zapiskov z mno\u017eico \u017eensk, nas je dosti na istem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moje najljub\u0161e dopolnilo za dvigovanje \u017eeleza \u2013 BetterYou Iron10<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017de kar nekaj \u010dasa je moj nesporni favorit za dodajanje \u017eeleza zeleni <a href=\"https:\/\/sitis.si\/izdelek\/betteryou-iron-10-zelezo-v-spreju\/?ref=10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BetterYou Iron10 sprej<\/a>:<br><br>&#8211; popolnoma ni\u010d ne zapre<br>&#8211; izredno hitro izbolj\u0161a po\u010dutje<br>&#8211; ne zabarva mi zob<br>&#8211; okus ne spada med gurmanske u\u017eitke, a je veliko bolj\u0161i kot pri sirupih<br>&#8211; ni mi potrebno razmi\u0161ljati kdaj ga bom vzela, ker se ne tepe s hrano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker imam izredno mo\u010dne menstruacije, je zame <strong>nadome\u0161\u010danje med samo menstruacijo<\/strong> izredno pomembno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preden so kr\u010di in nev\u0161e\u010dnosti pred menstruacijo izginile (hvala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/sl\/2021\/12\/magnezij\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">magnezij <\/a>in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/sl\/2021\/08\/vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitamin D<\/a>, ve\u010dno bom hvale\u017ena), sem za\u010dela nadome\u0161\u010dati \u017eelezo ob prvih znakih, zdaj pa ponavadi dan dva pred predvideno menstruacijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri meni so to vrednosti od 10-20mg dnevno in ta del brez te\u017eav nadome\u0161\u010dam (to je 4 do 8 razpr\u0161kov). <br>Priokusa se je najla\u017eje znebiti s kakim malo bolj grenko-kislim sokom (pomaran\u010da, grenivka, tudi limonada).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/BetterYou-Iron10-zelezo-prehransko-dopolnilo-by-Gabi-Nedic-853x796.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55296\" width=\"406\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/BetterYou-Iron10-zelezo-prehransko-dopolnilo-by-Gabi-Nedic-853x796.jpg 853w, https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/BetterYou-Iron10-zelezo-prehransko-dopolnilo-by-Gabi-Nedic-370x345.jpg 370w, https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/BetterYou-Iron10-zelezo-prehransko-dopolnilo-by-Gabi-Nedic-150x140.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.parokeets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/BetterYou-Iron10-zelezo-prehransko-dopolnilo-by-Gabi-Nedic.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Do te\u017eave pridem, ko se pridru\u017eijo menstrualnim \u0161e druge krvavitve. Potem sem pa hitro vsakodnevno minimalno na 20mg + moram med menstruacijo vsaj podvojiti dozo.
