It’s time to cross the threshold and embrace a world of

… with Illamasqua Theatre of the Nameless products:

• cream pigment: Androgen (coral) and Depravity (magenta);
• pure pigment: Zeitgeist (black shimmer), Beguile (light shimmer) and Berber (auburn shimmer);
• precision ink: Havoc;
• nail polish: Taint (stone brown), Kink (bottle green), Vice (deep cerise) and Faux Pas (blue violet);
• shimmer blusher: Ambition (neutral) and Morale (rosed flush);
• lipgloss: Façade (grey pink), Belladonna (deep pink) and Sheer Lipgloss Violate (dark green shimmer);
• lipstick: Kontrol (blue violet);
• false eye lashes: Grandeur and Weimar.

Doesn’t really sound like my kind of a party, but I love the colors they chose for Theatre of the Nameless collection. :silly: And make up that goes with it is one of a kind … as we come to expect and love from Illamasqua. :bow:

My favorite item is Illamasqua Berber pure pigment. This pigment looked peachy pink from the outside, but when I opened it I was surprised to see reddish shade with green shimmer. Like mineral eyeshadows, these babies need primer to make them pop. I used Rival de Loop eyeshadow base and Illamasqua Depravity cream pigments as a base. While I liked the color over RdL eyeshadow base, I loved it over Depravity. Magenta base gives Berber pigment cooler undertone that looks hot. I’ll definitively be using Berber as accent color. :thumb: The only thing I would leave out of this pigment are larger goldish particles – they tend to get all over the place if I don’t tap off the brush.

Illamasqua Depravity cream pigment is another one of my favorites. I used it as eyeshadow base and as blush. Cream pigments are not creaseless on my oily eyelids when used alone, but in combination with pure pigments they last for quite a long time. It also serves as good pop out blush on my warm skin tone … and after mattifying – it stays put.

If I were crazy about ink liners I would buy the whole Illamasqua range. They’re easy to apply, do not smudge and are easy to remove. Maybe I’ll have to broaden my love of pencil eyeliners to include liquid ones also. :silly: Illamasqua Havoc precision ink eyeliner looks like a molten milk chocolate and leans slightly to reddish side. Color that looks probably good on most of us.

Illamasqua Kontrol is softer/more buttery lipstick than Sangers or Climax, so I like it less and majority of you will probably like it more. Dark violet color screams statement color. If my face weren’t so chubby and round, I would use this lipstick and go clubbing. :party:
Know what is funny about this color? It’s pretty dark and cool toned when applied heavily, but if you use it as stain it becomes warmer (but still cool) and lighter violet. If I apply it heavily it doesn’t last as long as Sangers or Climax, but if I apply it as stain I like the color and staying power. I was dead tired so I forgot to make the swatch of lighter application of Kontrol and all of the photos of lip swatches look awful, so I’ll show you only hand swatch. :blush:

As Zagreb will be soon getting Illamasqua store/stand and we don’t live far from Croatian capital, hopefully will be able to swing by and check out rest of this collection. I’m dying to try out their Skin Base and Theatre of the Nameless polishes in my beloved rubber finish. :wub:

in vstopimo v svet dekadence …

Ne zveni ravno kot moje vrste zabava, so mi pa zato toliko bolj všeč barve, ki sestavljajo Theatre of the Nameless. :silly: Promo fotografije so tako kot vedno zelo dodelane. :bow:

Moj najljubši izdelek je Illamasqua Berber pigment. Ko sem prvič videla embalažo, je pigment deloval roza-breskove barve. Realnost je bila precej drugačna – gre namreč za rdečkast odtenek z zelenim šimrom. Pigmenti se obnašajo tako kot mineralna senčila – za res uau efekt potrebujete primer. Jaz sem v ta namen uporabila Rival de Loop eyeshadow base in Illamasqua Depravity. Čeprav mi je videz pigmenta nanesenega čez RdL bazo všeč, se vseeno ne more primerjati z efektom, ki ga dobimo v kombinaciji Depravity+Berber. Baza v barvi magente pričara malo hladnejši rdeč odtenek z roza presevanjem. Berber bo definitivno večkrat uporabljen za poudarke. :thumb: Edina stvar, ki mi ni všeč, so večji zlati delci, ki pristanejo vsepovsod, če prej ne “potapkam” čopiča.

Illamasqua Depravity kremni pigment je še eden izmed mojih favoritov. Uporabila sem ga kot bazo za očesni make up ter rdečilo. Meni se Illamasquini pigmenti nabirajo v gubo, tako da jih samostojno ne morem uporabljati. Vendar so v kombinaciji s pigmenti dobro obstojni. Dobro se je obnesel tudi kot “pop” rdečilo – na moji rumenkasti koži hladna rdečila namreč izstopajo, topla pa se zlijejo.

Če bi bila zaprisežena uporabnica tušev, bi verjetno želela imeti vse Illamasquine tekoče linerje. Enostavno se nanašajo in odstranjujejo, tudi po 12ih urah so videti enako kot takrat ko jih nanesem … Mogoče bi pa morala razširiti mojo ljubezen do svinčnikov za obrobo oči tudi na tekoče linerje. :silly: Illamasqua Havoc precision ink eyeliner izgleda kot stopljena mlečna čokolada z rahlo rdečkastim podtonom. Barva, ki verjetno paše veliki večini.

Illamasqua Kontrol je mehkejša šminka kot Sangers ali Climax, tako da bo večini verjetno bolj všeč, meni pa se formula ni priljubila. Barva spada v skupino izraznih odtenkov, ko že s šminko pošljemo sporočilo. Mene je kar prijelo, da bi šla žurat v kak klub. :party:  Meni sicer noben tako temen odtenek ne paše, ker imam preveč okrogel obraz … ki deluje že kot balon, če uporabim temno šminko.
Veste kaj je zanimivo pri tej šminki? Debelejši nanos nam da hladno temno vijola barvo, ko pa jo razmažemo/rahlo nanesemo, pa postane barva svetlejša in toplejša. Debelejši nanos se pri meni ni najbolje obnesel – slabša obstojnost kot pri Sangers ali Climax, medtem ko je bolj rahel nanos trajal precej dlje. Ker sem bila že mrtvo utrujena, sem pozabila naresti swatch bolj rahlega nanosa, fotografije swatchev na ustnicah so pa izgledale katastrofalno. Zato vam lahko pokažem samo swatch na roki. :blush:

Na srečo bodo Zagrebčanke kmalu dobile Illamasqua trgovino/stojalo, tako da si bomo lahko v živo pogledali vse Illamasqua dobrote. Jaz se bom najprej zapodila v Skin Base in Theatre of the Nameless lake v meni ljubem gumijastem finishu. :wub:
