Alessandro fall/winter limited editions are probably among my favorite Alessandro collections. This month they’re coming out with Glam Session LE – 10 mysterious and elegant shades.
I made swatches of these 4 shades:
Alessandro Black Velvet is blackened shade with lots of green and some copper shimmer. Application was non problematic with all the Glam Session nail polishes and all were applied in 2 coats + top coat.
Another blackened shade that I bought is Precious Treasure. Base is deep blue with lots of green and blueish shimmer.
What I liked with both shades is that you can see that one is dark green and other deep blue. And it doesn’t’ hurt that both polishes are loaded with very pretty flakie like shimmer/glitter. :silly:
Alessandro Marvelicious Dream shade is hard to describe. Old gold or bronz and green mix? It looks few shades darker in shade and less yellowish.
Red Rebel is very pretty almost metallic like red, but was hard to photograph … it looks too flat on the photos.
There are 6 more shades in this LE and I’m lemming for 3 more: Love Affair, Glamorous Pink and Russian Roulette. :wub:
Price: 4,95 EUR (6.8 USD) for 5ml (0,18 fl.oz.).
Am I too greedy for hoping there is at least one more limited edition for this winter? :blush:

Naredila sem swatche štirih odtenkov:
Alessandro Black Velvet ima črno-zeleno osnovo in veliko zelenega ter nekaj bakrenega šimra. Nanos in formula vseh štirih lakov je bila neproblematična. Pri vseh swatchih sem uporabila 2 plasti laka + nadlak.
Drugi temen odtenek, ki je moral z menoj, je Precious Treasure. Baza je temno modra, popestri pa jo zelen in modrikast šimer.
Oba laka sta mi všeč predvsem zato, ker je vidna zelena oz modra barva in nista večino časa črna. Seveda pa ne škodi, da odtenka vsebujeta veliko krasnih mini krpic in zanimiv šimer. :silly:
Alessandro Marvelicious Dream odtenek bi težko opisala. Mogoče nekakšna mešanica starega zlata ali mogoče bronaste in zelene barve? V senci je nekaj odtenkov temnejši in manj rumenkast.
Red Rebel je zelo lušten, skoraj kovinsko rdeč, odtenek. Fotografija mu dela hudo krivico, vendar nisem uspela niti na eni fotografiji ujeti lepega bleščanja. :sigh:
V Glam Session kolekciji je na voljo še 6 odtenkov … in tri imam še na WL: Love Affair, Glamorous Pink in Russian Roulette. :wub:

Sem preveč pohlepna, če si želim v prihajajočih mesecih še kakšne Alessandro zimske edicije? :blush:

Rdečko se mi zdi “na hitrco” še kar podoben Essence Once upon a time ;)
Essence ima večji šimer/blečice + kombinacijo rdečih in zlatih. Alessandro je pa narejen kot mešanica kovinskega sijaja in manjših bleščic/šimra.
Marvelicious Dream in Precious Treasure bi takoj imela. :wub:
Mhm – pri meni zagotovo prideta kmalu spet na vrsto. :love:
