They are very similar, but not dupes. From Dusk To Dawn is darker than the Dusky Mauve polish by Barry M. You can see the difference in the photos below. I used flash to show you the difference. The polishes are bit darker IRL.

i like the catrice one more, but neither of them really are my kind of color…
