I have quick swatches of three of the new OPI Shatter polishes for you. I swatched them over a light green polish with a slight holographic finish and over black creme polish with satin finish. The light green polish’s name is CQ – Gem Green and the black one is Deborah – 01 100% Mat.
My very first impressions are good. I’m impressed by the vibrancy of the blue and turquoise one. Unfortunately I couldn’t capture the true colors. The Turquoise Shatter is a true vibrant turquoise color. It looks too blue in my photo. The Blue Shatter is a true electric blue color. I thought that I would love the Silver Shatter the most, but now I just can’t decide which one is my favourite. I love all of them!
The shatter effect is almost the same on all of them. You have to be careful to apply thin coats to get the best result (thin crackles). Considering that the polish cracks in the directions you applied it, for my taste these look best if you polish them in all directions. That way you’ll get cracks similar to those on my pinky finger (the small photo in the down right corner).

Danes imam za vas hitre swatch-e treh novih Shatter lakov znamke OPI. Nanesla sem jih čez svetlo zelen lak z nežnim holo finišem in čez krem črn lak s satenastim finišem. Svetlo zelen lak se imenuje CQ – Gem Green, črnemu pa je ime Deborah – 01 100% Mat.
Moji prvi vtisi so dobri. Navdušile so me predvsem žive barve modrega in turkiznega odtenka. Žal pa pravih barv nisem uspela ujeti v objektiv. Turquoise Shatter je žive turkizne barve, medtem ko je Blue Shatter prave “električno modre” barve. Pred nakupom sem bila prepričana, da bo moj favorit Silver Shatter, vendar bi se sedaj težko odločila, kateri je moj najljubši. Čisti vsi trije so mi všeč!
“Shatter” efekt je pri vseh približno enak. Pri nanosu bodite previdni, da nanašate res tanke plasti. Le tako boste dobili tanke razpoke. Če upoštevate, da lak razpoka v smeri nanosa in so vam všeč neenakomerne razpoke v vse smeri, potem vam priporočam, da lak nanašate v vseh smereh. Na tak način boste dobili podoben efekt, kot je prikazan zgoraj na mojem mezinčku (majhna fotografija v spodnjem desnem kotu).

Kaj pa vem … tile modri shatterji me ne ganejo kaj dosti. Iz neznanega razloga, moder Depend je namreč moj najljubši crackle ki ga imam … ne vem, mogoče se mi že meša od vsega študija. :wink: Videti pa je lepo. :yes:
Študij zna imeti tak efekt, ja. :biggrin:
Sicer pa … bodi srečna, da te ne ganejo. :haha: Meni so barve namreč izredno izredno lepe, za lepši efekt pa se rahlo potrudim.

Barve so mi všeč, vendar pa mi ni všeč kako razpoka – tukaj ga Barry poseka na celi črti…
Se strinjam. Meni so pri teh barve tako všeč (šimrastih cracklov ni veliko), da se z veseljem malenkost potrudim, da dobim bolj zanimive razpoke. :yes:
